Can we add 50 books to the FVLC Library in 1 day?

Help us fill our library! With our extra 24 hours, we want to support individualized learning! A $20 donation will add one new book!

A fundraising campaign for Fox Valley Literacy Council

Thankfully Fox Valley Literacy Council is not alone in supporting adult learners throughout Wisconsin.

And thankfully there are people like you in the

Fox Valley community working with us!

If each of those students needed just one book, that would be 1.5 million books!  But as you know, it takes much more than one book to learn to read, to learn a language, or to earn a GED.

Today we are using our extra 24 hours to fill our library with supplemental materials that support individualized learning!

Because Adam came here knowing his dyslexia prevented him from learning to read and spell with traditional books.

Because a Spanish-English Dictionary doesn't translate into French or Chinese or Hmong or Kinyarwanda or Swahili or Mandarin or Russian or Arabic...

Because books on CD can be essential to practicing reading, listening, and pronunciation between lessons.

Because not everyone can see size 12 font.

$20 is often enough to purchase one of these books.

Will you use your extra 24 hours to help us fill our library shelves?
