I'm J. David Hall, and I'm Dad to three autistic persons. Each one of them is socially challenged, and each of them have already overcome many obstacles to their life success. They're on a journey, and as a parent, I'm guiding them. For many adult autistic persons in our society, the life journey has been difficult at best.

Autistic persons all around us face crushing unemployment rates - 90 percent, chronic anxiety, tragic depression rates and staggering suicide rates. We are in fact, a neurodiverse culture, but one which does not yet understand neurodiverse minds, nor their unique gifts to our cultural landscape.

I've created the social impact venture - Life Guides for Autism, to engage individuals, and the culture in building bridges, changing lives for autistic persons. Our venture is engaging autistic persons each day, guiding them on an individual journey to success. Our non-profit is in need of funding support as a means to provide fuel for us to reach our destination of creating a movement to cultural acceptance of true neurodiversity. 

Every day, we hear from many, many autistic persons, their families, who are desperate for real engagement, ways to move forward into meaningful futures. They are calling upon us to step into the gap for them, come alongside them.
