Building a Bridge to the Future for Our Youth

The Arthur M. Walters Bridge Builders Project is on a mission to be "A CATALYST FOR SUCCESS". All proceeds from  Give4Good, our Annual Benefit Concert, and other fundraising efforts support minority students seeking a college degree, youth empowerment and summer employment, youth arts programs, Veterans causes, and Sickle Cell Anemia Research - the most neglected and underfunded disease on the globe. We operate like a wheel within a wheel...helping the wheel called CommUNITY turn better. In doing so, we reflect the passion of Art Walters; a 20-year Army Veteran and a past Executive Director of the Louisville Urban League. He believed in education, uplift, service, and a "level playing field ";  mastering the art of building bridges from the bullhorn to the board room. We believe in that same concept of collaboration and partnership to strengthen, sustain, and grow our future leaders; and to help those in need.
