Since 1917, The Brashear Association has served the people and communities of South Pittsburgh. To celebrate this incredible milestone, Brashear plans to relocate its headquarters to the Knoxville/Mount Oliver business district, improving access for our participants and acting as an economic catalyst in a struggling area.
Under one roof, we'll have afterschool and summer education and enrichment programs for the kids and a range of family assistance, case management, and employment services for mom, dad, and grandparents. We'll also have space for community forums and organizations and, as always, serve as a clearinghouse of information, referrals, and services. For a look at out serrvices, visit our website at www.brashearassociation,org and our blog at www.brashearkids.com.
You can make this happen! Any donation, big or small, will get us closer to the goal. Join us for our 100th birthday bash as we celebrate A Night of a Thousand Stars at the Heinz History Center on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 5:30 p.m.--it's an event you won't want to miss!
