Something very exciting is happening at the Boys & Girls Club of Binghamton...
Thanks to a state grant, we are expanding our building to create more room for the children who depend on the Club. And, one part of this addition is especially meaningful: a dedicated space, designed just for our youngest members – children ages 5 and 6.
For these little ones, starting at the Boys & Girls Club is a big step. They deserve a space that feels welcoming, comfortable, safe – and made just for them.
The good news is that the room itself is funded.
Now comes the part where we need our community's help.
We need to furnish and equip this new space with everything our youngest members need to learn, play, and thrive: age-appropriate furniture, books, educational materials, games, art supplies, and more. Just as importantly, we also need the dedicated staff who will fill the room with encouragement, guidance, laughter, and meaningful experiences every day after school.
The walls will create the room, but you can create what happens inside.
Your gift will help us transform an empty space into a place where a 5-year-old can discover a love of reading, where a 6-year-old can make a new friend, where our youngest members can begin building the skills and confidence they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Help us fill this new room with possibility. It’s more than four walls.

Additional Club Details;
We are open five days/week from 2:45 - 6:30 p.m.
A hot dinner is served daily.
We are also open for our teens every Friday and Saturday night until 10 p.m.
On school holidays and snow days, you will find us open, too!
Each day, our Club kids rotate through various activity stations, including: homework help, fitness, art, games and recreation, and special programs.
Our Club has served Binghamton's youth for over 120 years!
