BATTLE OF THE BIKES IS ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Aspire’s Associate Board is proud to announce the return of our third annual Battle of the Bikes fundraising and cycling competition! The event will take place at the brand new Spynergy fitness studio in Wicker Park on Friday, May 8th form 6 to 10 pm.
What is Battle of the Bikes?
Battle of the Bikes is a fundraising and cycling competition that benefits Aspire. Aspire's Associate Board and our supporters will compete to raise money leading up to the final event — a high-energy indoor, team-based cycling competition hosted in collaboration with Spynergy. Our goal is to harness the collective fundraising power of participants, donors, supporters, and their networks to raise money for and highlight the amazing work of Aspire.
How does it work?
Team members will be assigned to ride together during one of the five 30-minute cycling sessions. Spynergy instructors will lead each session and no cycling experience is necessary. Teams may have up to five registered riders. Each team will have a team fundraising page and every registered rider will have their own personal fundraising page to share with their family, friends, and colleagues that want to pledge their support of Aspire's mission of inclusion.
Why participate?
This is an awesome opportunity to get your family, friends and colleagues involved in fundraising for Aspire while turning up the torque! We will have prizes for the top teams and the individual riders that raise the most funds for Aspire.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy! Click "Start Fundraising" at the top of this page. You will be automatically routed to your fundraising dashboard and there you can join or create your team by clicking "Join or create a fundraising team" on the right-hand side of the page. Each team has a minimum fundraising requirement of $500. If a team commits to fundraising $1,000, they are awarded VIP status with priority bike selection, song choices and exclusive perks.
