The 18th Annual Destination Independence Walk + Family Fair is a non-competitive walk, teambuilding and fundraising opportunity, and day of fun for Beyond Blindness families and community members. This year’s event represents the strength of our community, and walkers like you have built the foundation of support at the walk since 2005.
This year's walk won't just build upon everything walkers have loved for 18 years. We are excited to announce that the walk will merge with our Family Fair! That means more families joining the fun, an even more lively environment for walkers, and more connection as we walk together to create a community beyond blindness.
During our 60th year of service, well over 300 families will turn to Beyond Blindness for comprehensive support through their Journey of Care. By walking, you grow critical programs and make it possible to introduce new layers of care for both children and families. You can even designate which core initiative your registration and fundraising dollars will support! When registering, simply select one of the following initiatives:
