Because no one should go without health care

Our neighbors need us now more than ever

A fundraising campaign for CommunityHealth

The budget reconciliation bill that recently passed in the U.S. was a call to action for all of us. This bill includes catastrophic cuts to health care coverage for our poorest and most vulnerable neighbors.

At CommunityHealth, we are the front line of care for thousands of uninsured, low-income Chicago residents. History has shown that the demand for services at free and charitable clinics increase dramatically when people cannot get health care coverage. Hundreds of thousands will lose federal Medicaid over the next few years, and 22,000 in Cook County already lost coverage July 1 because of state-level budget cuts.

CommunityHealth is here to respond to the growing need, but our resources are already stretched to the limit.

Please consider supporting CommunityHealth today.

CommunityHealth is one of the largest volunteer-based health centers in the nation. We provide primary and specialty care, medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education at no charge to low-income, uninsured adults in Chicago
