Bernard’s Beagle Rescue Needs Your Help

Bernard's Beagle Rescue (BBR), a local 501(c)3, nonprofit organization, has temporarily closed their doors. Their costs of caring for the dogs and their healthcare needs, has just over burdened them. As difficult as this decision was, it was the only choice they had.

With the current animal crisis in our community, we CANNOT afford to have this happen. While we don’t have the answers of how to prevent this, the Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse (AAGS) would Iike to try and help Bernard’s get those doors back open.

To do so, AAGS has decided to offer a matching donation campaign to help them financially and to bring more awareness to what BBR does for the animals of CNY.

AAGS is offering to match up to $1,000 in donations during the month of February.

How does it work?

When you donate $10, $25, $50 or whatever amount, AAGS will match that donation until we reach a $1,000. That means whatever all of your donations total, up to $1,000, the Animal Alliance will match that. These funds will allow Bernard’s Beagles to start refilling their coffers, which will help make it possible for them to soon reopen.
