Horizon offers HOPE

Especially to those individuals suffering from substance use or mental health disorders. The Health Management Group asks for your support to raise funds for additional programming and opportunities throughout Horizon. These funds will provide programs and education that specifically meet the unique needs of adolescents, young adults, families and adults struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Our services offer people a new chance at living healthy and productive lives, and return them to their families, friends and communities. Your support is helping our mission: Together for Recovery. Changing Lives. Saving Lives.

Registration will begin at 8:30am and the Wellness Walk will begin at 10am.

Our 5th Annual Walk is being held on Saturday, September 15th at Delaware Park Ring Road, near Colvin and Amherst Streets across from the Nichol's School Campus.

Registration Details

Registration is $30/person for everyone 12 and older which includes a free Horizon baseball hat!

Children under 12 are encouraged to participate! Registration is free. If they would like a Horizon baseball hat as well, it is an additional $15/hat.
