Pedernales Animal Welfare Society

The mission of PAWS is to create a no-kill community that ends overpopulation of homeless animals and results in higher standards of animal treatment through effective educational and spay/neuter programs.

PAWS is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) that makes available low and no-cost spay/neuter programs designed to help residents control homeless cat/dog and unwanted pet populations in Gillespie County, Texas.

PAWS is funded entirely by charitable donations and is operated by volunteers who work alongside with other community resources to provide a better quality of life for all.

Each $100 donation, on average, will provide one animal with a spay/neuter treatment, rabies vaccination, and minor medical treatment where necessary.
