25 days and 25 kids to YMCA Summer Camp!

You can change a child's summer! Your donation today will help a child in need go to YMCA summer camp. Prevent summer learning loss and enrich a child's life.

A fundraising campaign for YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester

You remember summer camp right? Fresh air, fun, learning, friendship! So you know how life-changing it can be to a child in need, who might otherwise sit home and stare at a screen all day, or worse. Your gift today will help send a child to one of our YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester Camps. Let's raise $9,625 in 25 days (May 17 to June 10), that will send 25 kids to YMCA camps.

The YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester has 3 branches.

Camp Combe YMCA – A 100 acre summer day camp in Putnam Valley, NY providing traditional, specialty and adventure camps with an inclusion program for special needs children.

Community YMCA – An early childhood learning center and school age, on-site, before/after school programs and summer camps. This is a non-facility YMCA and collaborates with area schools, community spaces and local pools/lakes to provide programs throughout Northern Westchester and Putnam Counties

White Plains YMCA – A full-service fitness and aquatics center with a childcare and early learning center, summer camps, youth, teen and seniors programs as well as 160 housing rooms that are single occupancy affordable housing.

Our Areas of Focus
The Y is a cause-driven organization that is for youth development, for healthy living and for social responsibility. That’s because a strong community can only be achieved when we invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors.
Defining our areas of focus
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Nurturing the potential of every child and teen.
HEALTHY LIVING: Improving the health and well-being of the community.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Giving back and providing support to our neighbors.

Opportunities for All
The Y is for everyone. Our programs, services, and initiatives enable kids to realize their potential, prepare teens for college, offer ways for families to have fun together, empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body; prepare people for employment, welcome and embrace newcomers and help foster a community service ethic. And that's just the beginning.
We strive to make our YMCAs accessible to everyone by providing financial aid assistance to those in need.
