2026 Cayuga Lake Community Fund

Help us Launch a New Boat in 2026 and grow our "Love Your Lake" Education and Access programs.

A fundraising campaign for Discover Cayuga Lake

Dear Friends-

THANK YOU for supporting our 2025 Campaign- we surpassed our $130,000 goal and raised $140,304!!!   Can you help us do it again in 2026??

Donations to our Cayuga Lake Community Fund, combined with Eco-Tourism revenue, help us provide free and low-cost programs for 5000+ local students and residents every year!   During  2025, we offered $54,000 in financial assistance for education programs and 50 free community access cruises!

DCL's "A New Boat for Everyone!" This $70,000 campaign has been set up to allow you to support the launch a new commercial passenger and educational vessel in 2026.   Your donation will be added to a restricted fund for just this purpose.  Just select the "Help Us Buy A New Boat" option above to make your donation.

DCL's "Love Your Lake" campaign supports, our popular Community Sunset Cruises, "Family Eco-Cruises", "Volunteer Monitoring" cruises, "Community Paddles", and so much more.   The campaign goal for 2026 is also $60,000.  Select any of the program support levels above to contribute!

OUR COMBINED CAMPAIGN GOAL FOR 2026 = $130,000

Every donation received, be it $10 to $10,000, makes a difference.  And, your contribution affirms not only your love for our beautiful lakes and waterways, but also your commitment to making that love and understanding of these special places a real possibility for every young person living here, regardless of financial means or abilities or background.

We hope you can support our work.  PLEASE spread the word!  This is a BIG year for DCL!

Thanks, from the whole crew!

PLEASE NOTE:   Suggested donations are reflective of actual programming costs.  However, all contributions made via this page, apart from donations to the New Boat for Everyone campaign, are allocated to DCL's Cayuga Lake Community Fund.  This internal Fund provides financial support for education and community access program clients and ensures that our flagship, the M/V Teal, is in top condition.  To learn more about what we do, and our model for eco-tourism in the Finger Lakes, visit our main website (www.DiscoverCayugaLake.org).
