Bark Leader is a dog-to-dog fundraiser - helping lost and homeless pets in the Brazos Valley. Each contestant pup rallies their network of friends, family, and fans to support pets in need, all while showing off their personality, tricks, and game-day spirit.

Four champions will emerge to lead the pack: Head Bark Leader, Senior Bark Leader, Junior Bark Leader, plus the Fan Favorite!

The prestigious role of Spokes Dog for Aggieland Humane
ALL contestants whose campaigns raise $200 or more during the contest are eligible to receive a special, limited edition Bark Leader shirt featuring last year’s winner, Camo!*

🐕 Does your pup have what it takes to BTHO pet homelessness?
Whether they’re a hall-of-fame napper, a trick champion, or just the cutest 12th Pup you’ve ever seen, Bark Leader is their chance to shine. If your camera roll is full of dog pics (and your mom is tired of getting them), this competition is for you!

NEW Bark Leader Challenge!

Thank you to everyone who has joined our fundraiser and to everyone who has supported it so far! Those photos of our pup-testants in their Aggie gear (check our socials if you haven’t seen them yet) sure were a blast.
Our next challenge doesn’t involve any themed photos. Instead, it’s all about TEAMWORK because it takes everyone on a team to score a touchdown and to save lost and homeless pets. The contestant whose pup-testant secures gifts from the largest number of unique donors between now, 10/7/ 26 at 5:00pm CDT, and 10/14/26 at 11:59 pm CDT will receive a special prize basket thanks to our friends at Cuddly.

If someone gives to your pup’s campaign during this window, they will only count as one (1) unique donor for the purposes of this mini-challenge even if they make two gifts.
If someone has already supported your pup before 10/7/26 at 5:00pm, they MAY count as a unique donor during this window.
The prize basket will be available for pickup onsite at Aggieland Humane following the conclusion of this challenge.
