Dear Friends:
Discover Cayuga Lake provides science-based education and experiential programming on Cayuga Lake for 1000's of adults, families, students -future conservation leaders- every year. We see a future includes healthy, resilient waterways and a high quality of life for Finger Lakes residents, and we believe that education and access go hand-in-hand if we are to achieve that vision.
Thus, we strive to provide opportunities, open and attractive to everyone, at low-cost, or even for free, to ensure that money is never a barrier. Your contributions to DCL's Community Lake Community Fund make this possible!
During 2024, with help from donors like you and revenue from our eco-tourism cruises on Cayuga Lake, we expect to provide:
- Free "Community Cruise" experiences and low-cost "Club Cayuga" music cruises for 3000 friends and neighbors of all ages.
- Hands-on Floating Classroom and Trout in the Classroom programs for over 3000 students from schools across the region
- Watershed Internships and summer youth employment for 20 rising conservation leaders.
- Eco-tourism benefits for our community and our partner Watershed Organizations in support of our collective effort toward a sustainable future.
Your contributions to the Cayuga Lake Community Fund directly support these programs and ensure that our flagship, the M/V Teal, is in top condition every year.

WHAT IF EVERYONE COULD ENJOY THIS LAKE?
