2022 Hillel at CSI Kavod Circle

Honoring Judge Philip Straniere, Dean Amy Stempler, Marilyn Zayfert, Brenda Lazar, and Fortune Cohen for their service to Hillel.

A fundraising campaign for College of Staten Island

The past two years have been extraordinarily challenging for all of us, and our college students on Staten Island have stayed strong knowing that Hillel is there for them. As we emerge from the isolation of the pandemic and return to vibrant, in-person campus life, you can support our programs and keep them vital at a time when the students we serve need it most.

Hillel, the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life at CSI, has been providing students with community support, spiritual growth, mental health and food insecurity resources, leadership development, career connect services, and learning opportunities since 2002. We hold a proud record of social activism and leadership through core Jewish values of repairing the world, mutual responsibility, and acts of kindness. Hillel at CSI is a part of the MultiFaith Center at CSI, serving students as a partner organization.

Donations of any amount will be recognized in the 2022 Kavod Circle virtual yearbook at our IN PERSON reception on May 1st at the Staten Island Museum. Please consider a yearbook sponsorship page and send your RSVP and ad copy to amy.posner@csi.cuny.edu by April 20th.

Donations may also be made payable to the CSI Foundation, Inc., noting "Hillel" on the memo line and mailed to:
