2021 Women Build

Empowering women to participate and show what we can accomplish when we all come together!

What is it?

This national event works to recruit, educate, and encourage women to build and advocate for simple, decent, and affordable homes in our communities.  Over 50 women locally will join together with 17,000 women nationally to proactively engage in creating a tangible impact in their home communities.

Does it cost anything to participate?

Each individual participant is encouraged to raise a minimum of $100, but any donation will be accepted. These funds help support Habitat for Humanity’s programs. All donations are due on the day of the event.

HFHEB provides approved applicants with a no interest loan and provides a monthly mortgage that, including taxes and insurance, does not exceed more than 30% of their gross monthly income.
Habitat homeowners help build their homes alongside volunteers and staff. From their time of approval into the homeownership program to the completion of their homes partner families dedicate 250 “sweat equity” hours on their own or others houses, providing...
