2019 Senior Class Gift Campaign  

The Senior Class Gift Campaign is a fundraising effort spearheaded by graduating students at Macaulay Honors College to commemorate their achievements by making a donation to the college before graduation.

As we transition from student to alumni, we honor our time at Macaulay by offering a gift to the people that supported us, and to the students that will follow us.

To the Macaulay Honors Class of 2019 Graduates:

Do you remember the first day of Orientation back in 2015, when you got to know your classmates for the first time at Lehman College? Or the day when you got your brand-new MacBook Air? How about Macaulay Night at the Brooklyn Museum and the BioBlitz?

It’s hard to believe that our time at Macaulay is coming to an end. Before we leave, let’s give back to the community that has supported us for the past four years. We benefited from the generosity of alumni before us, so let’s do the same for the students after us, and make sure they are able to have the same – or better! – experiences.

What is the Class of 2019 Senior Gift Campaign?

The Senior Class Gift campaign is an opportunity for seniors to come together one last time before graduation in order to promote a philanthropic spirit among the graduating class. By providing an opportunity to start giving back to their alma mater, Macaulay Honors College seniors take their first steps toward becoming proud alumni and help to ensure a bright future for the next generation of Macaulay Honors College students.

Where does the money go?

Donations to the Macaulay Honors College 2019 Senior Class Gift will support the Student Emergency Fund – this funds student facing unanticipated, short-term financial emergencies that may impact academic performance or the ability to continue their education at Macaulay and The City University of New York.

Why Should You Give?

You will always remember your days at Macaulay Honors College, the professors who taught you and the lifelong friends you made.  As a member of the Macaulay Honors College family, we ask that you help continue the legacy that shaped your experience at Macaulay by making a gift to the 2019 Senior Class Gift Campaign.
