The breastfeeding community throughout the United States has access to a toll-free helpline service by calling 877 4 LA LECHE (1-877-452-5324). This helpline provides information, education, and support for women who want to breastfeed, to healthcare providers and others.

Callers have access to the most current breastfeeding information, support from a helpline volunteer who is an accredited La Leche League Leader, and contact information for local LLL Leaders and Groups. We have live operators during regular business hours or callers can choose to leave a voicemail at any time.

To maintain this important service, we need to your support. The Helpline is funded entirely by program grants, sponsorships, and individual donations. Help us fund the next decade!
