Last week, Michigan State University kicked off the “What’s Your 110?” Challenge. The year-long event, beginning on the day we celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Brown vs. the Topeka Board of Education AND the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act (60+50=110). MSU is asking their students, faculty and staff to take the 110 Yearlong Spartan Service Challenge by serving an hour of service for every anniversary year.
In support of their initiative, GiveGab is asking all of our volunteers to join the challenge! You can make a pledge today by accepting the What’s Your 110? challenge. By accepting the challenge you agree to do 110 hours of service over the next year. When you log your first hour you will receive the What’s You 110? badge marking you as someone who is is dedicated to doing more.
