Congratulations on having a successful Giving Day on the GiveGab platform!

While Giving Days are an exciting 24-48 hours, jam-packed with action, gifts, and community-building, there’s still a lot to do during the rest of the year to continue connecting with your supporters and building out the infrastructure to sustain and grow your programs.

Year-Round Giving

Throughout the year, you likely have other initiatives, which may include things like events, seasonal fundraisers, #GivingTuesday, capital campaigns, pledge drives, and volunteer recruitment.

There are many different ways you can approach these endeavors, and while GiveGab is a Giving Day platform, it also helps many thousands of nonprofits achieve these same year-round goals!

Using Your Donor Data

The first thing you probably want to do now that your Giving Day has ended is to gather your donation information and transfer reports. Here is a support article that walks you through the steps to download that report.

Since everyone who gave to you through the platform was receipted and thanked automatically, you do not have to issue thank yous or receipts for any gifts you receive, however, many organizations opt to send additional thank yous for any larger gifts, to begin the stewardship process right away.

Starting Your Next Fundraiser

With the end of the Giving Day, you may also be thinking about your next fundraiser, whether it is an event or campaign.

Because you’re already set up to use GiveGab through your participation in your day, some of the set up is already completed and you have access to our Basic plan for having participated in the Giving Day, which allows you to access a limited number of GiveGab features to use year-round.

Additionally, GiveGab offers a full suite of features and three different premium plans if your needs are more robust than the Basic plan offers.
