Create Dynamic Giving Day Profiles with our Redesign
We have re-launched our Giving Day profiles with a more modern and robust look! The organization’s logo is now positioned in the center with simple CTA buttons beside it to make it easy for donors to share on social and add a donation to their gift basket. Our donation levels are larger to help inform donors about the impact of their gifts and to allow the organizations to better tell their story. And, we have created tabs at the top of the profile that allows site visitors to easily jump to the information that is most relevant to them. Read More in our October Product Updates
Preview of the Giving Day Profile Re-Design
Find Relevant Giving Day Information Easily
We have made it easier than ever for organizations participating in a Giving Day to find relevant information quickly and efficiently. When an organization’s administrator logs on to GiveGab to edit their Giving Day profile, they will now see their performance stats displayed at the top of the page. Attribute Gifts to a Free Agent Fundraiser from your Dashboard
Free Agent Fundraisers are individuals who solicit funds and support to go towards the overall success of your Giving Day. You are now able to edit a donation that has already been made and attribute it to a specific Free Agent Fundraiser. This can be done directly from your Partner Dashboard. Provide Greater Self-Service Options to Your Donors
Donors who give to an Organization using Stripe as their payment processor and have Mobile Pay enabled can now switch their method of payment to a credit card or an ACH for the remainder of their consecutive gifts. Date filtering has been added to the “Last Known Update” column within the Payment Schedules Report. This provides administrators with a way to more efficiently manage and sort through updates made to scheduled gifts, allowing them to make more informed decisions regarding their donor engagement strategies.
