30 Days of Giving

Celebrating 30 Years of Mexican Art and Culture without Borders

A fundraising campaign for National Museum of Mexican Art

Since its inception, the National Museum of Mexican Art’s goal was to establish an arts and cultural organization committed to accessibility, education and social justice.  Over the past 30 years the institution has grown, broadening its community and creating an international presence.  Because of supporters like you, for 30 years NMMA has been able to offer exceptional exhibitions, nationally acclaimed arts education programming, essential community events, and free admission for all.

On July 7, 2017, NMMA will celebrate 30 years of service to the City of Chicago, grounded in the residents, schools and surrounding community of Pilsen and reach well beyond. As we look toward the future we remain firmly committed to preserving and continuing our cultural legacy. Beginning June 8, 2017, we will launch our 30 Days of Giving, ending with our 30th Anniversary Celebration, on July 7, 2017.

When you make a gift to NMMA, you play a vital role in our mission to showcase the beauty of Mexican culture. A gift today supports:

·         The ability to feature six new exhibitions every year

·         High-impact art residencies in Chicago Public Schools

·         The presentation of music and dance performances that represent Mexico’s vast regions

No gift is too small, and your contributions will make it possible for NMMA to continue presenting the community with the very best of Mexican art and culture, for 30 years to come.
