Welcome and Thank You!

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer for the 2014 IS National Conference in Seattle, Washington. As a volunteer you will play an important role at this premier nonprofit gathering and you will have an opportunity to listen as nonprofit leaders from around the country share their most innovative ideas for addressing the issues facing their organizations, their communities, and the sector.

An Independent Sector staff person will always be available as a point of contact and reference. You will receive a brief orientation before your first shift. There is a range of volunteer opportunities that require a varying number of hours. A list of events for which we need your help is listed below.

We are so grateful that you are willing to give your time to help us present this conference in Seattle. Please carefully read the benefits and policies below.

We need volunteers to help with:

Bag Stuffer - Friday

November 14, 2014 2:00pm 6:00pm
This task is filled or completed
The volunteers will assist with stuffing tote bags. Bag Stuffers will receive a volunteer credit for school.
Who volunteered?

Registration Assistant - Saturday

November 15, 2014 8:00am 6:00pm
This task is filled or completed
Registration Assistants will be stationed at the registration counters and hand out the registration packets. Volunteers who select registration assistant will volunteer for a full day and receive a complimentary full day to attend the Conference. Please contact [email protected] with your preferred complimentary day.
